Knäckebröd O - Polarknäcke - Polar Round Original

Polar Round Original is a hard-crusted crust bread from the north of Sweden.

It is good as it is with just a click of butter, but it also fits nicely on the breakfast buffet, as an accessory for lunch or as part of a good appetizer with eg. salmon or sill. With its long shelf life, it is a practical bread to have as a back-up and a good bread that works in many situations.

Polar - 280 g

Ingredients: Wheat flour ¹ , sifted barley flour ¹ , syrup, water, baking powder (deer antler salt), salt, yeast ¹ . 

Country of origin: Sweden.

Dairy free. Without preservatives. Baked in Norrland.
