Can someone else pick up my order? Yes absolutely. As long as they have your order/invoice number or a print-out of it, someone else can pick up your order for you.
Can I have my order shipped or delivered? No, we do not offer shipping or delivery. Orders have to be picked up by you, or a person you know, on the weekend of November 18 - 19, 2023. The pick-up place is located at 585 Dundas Street East, Toronto, Ontario M5A 2B7. The pick-up times will be from 1 pm - 5 pm both days. SWEA Toronto members will be on hand and will happily help you with your purchase and loading it into your car.
Is there a processing fee? Yes, new for this year there will be a flat $5.00 processing fee added to your order at the end of check-out. We had hoped to avoid this, but as our costs for warehousing (where the orders are sorted and packed) has gone up and also the increased cost of materials needed for packing the orders, we simply had to add this fee.
I have a question, who can I ask? You can reach us via email email@example.com. We monitor the email account every day. As we are a not-for-profit organization we do not have an office with regular phone hours.
I forgot to include some items in my order. Can I add to it? You will have to make another order with those items. You can order as many times as you'd like. Just remember to bring or write down all the invoice numbers when you come for your pick-up.
How come I order in July and August, but don't get my products until the end of November? As soon as we have all the orders at the end of August we will make our order to the suppliers in Sweden. It takes several weeks for the food and other products to ship via surface across the Atlantic Ocean.
