Mandel - Mandelmassa - Almond Paste
The classic almond paste – marzipan – from Danish producer Odense. 50% almonds means it works well both as is and in baked goods, for confectionary and baking. It has the perfect sweetness with the perfect almond taste. A classic for Semla buns but also perfect as a filling for cinnamon buns and other pastries.
INGREDIENTS: ALMOND (50%), sugar, water, glucose syrup, alcohol, preservative E202.
