Hovmästarsås (Gravlaxsås) - Mustard-Dill Sauce

Hovmästar sauce is a sweet and sour mustard sauce. The sauce is great with smoked salmon, prawns and crab. This sauce is very similar to Gravlaxsås, however usually with a little less dill content.
