Blå Band Kantarellsås - Chantarelle Sauce

Blå Band Chantarelle sauce is delicious and creamy. It is suitable for game meat such as moose steak, beef or chicken. Serve with mash and currant jelly or pasta with spinach and grated parmesan. Tip! Replace half of the milk with cream for more richness.

Make it as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Whisk the contents of the bag into a saucepan with 2 dl of milk.
2. Boil the sauce while stirring and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
3. Remove the saucepan and add 25 g of butter. Whisk until the fat is melted. Serve!
