A dipping sauce with the potato chips is a must in Finland and Sweden. Fresh Island capsicum & garlic flavour mix makes 300ml dipping sauce when mixed with sour cream, creme fraiche or natural yoghurt. Great as a cold sauce with grilled fish too. Gluten free. Suitable for vegetarians.
