Limpa - Sweet and Sour Rye bread is a very popular bread in Sweden. Usually eaten just with butter and cheese. However also good with any other topping for a open faced sandwich, such as Kalles caviar, ham, meatballs etc.
Contains: Sour culture (dark rye flour, water, bacteria culture), Dark Rye, water, Unbleached Wheat Flour, yeast, salt, sugar, ground caraway.
