Bruna Bönor - Brown Beans

GoGreen's Swedish beans are allowed to grow in peace and quiet. Our growers know how classic crops are best taken care of, often they have been sown on the same land for generations, but also how new varieties really come into their own. Whether they are part of our food culture or something new exciting - only Sweden has Swedish beans.

Preparation: 

1. Soak the beans in plenty of water (1 part bean - 3 parts water) for 12-24 hours. The longer the soaking, the shorter the cooking time.

2. Rinse the beans in cold water and then boil them in fresh water (1 part bean - 3 parts water) under cover for 1 hour.

3. Pour off the boiling water.
